PURPOSE: A broadcasting system including a voice logging function and control method thereof are provided to reduce management costs by controlling the broadcasting mode of a broadcasting apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An audio conversion unit(210) receives and transmits information with a management server computer. A microphone unit creates a sound resource in real time regardless of an establishment broadcasting sound source stored in the management server computer. An audio matrix unit(240) selects one or more broadcasting sound resources according to the priority of the broadcasting sound sources. An audio distribution unit(250) distributes the broadcasting sound source selected in the audio matrix unit. An audio amplifier unit(260) amplifies the audio signal of the selected broadcasting sound source.
