PURPOSE: A hydroxyapatite implant having a porous layer is provided to improve bio-affinity and prevent peeling thereof. CONSTITUTION: A hydroxyapatite implant having a porous layer comprises: a step of molding a porogen sheet composed of spherical particles of polymeric material; a step of positioning the sheet on the inner wall of a mold; a step of manufacturing a molding product to which the porogen sheet is attached; and a step of manufacturing a hydroxyapatite implant by drying and sintering the shaped molding product.
