The present invention refers to novel processes for the treatment of vinazes generated by agroindustries producing ethanol, bioethanol, alcoholic beverages and/or sugar. The process includes the recovery of the vinazes from the alcohol industry, the same passing through a system for regulating the flow speed in said water; one or more filtrating chambers with crops of emerging aquatic plants and at least a porous material; and one or more systems for distributing the treated water so as to be reused as irrigation water.
