<p>Provided is a power system capable of properly controlling the current flowing through an AC switch (120) constituting an uninterruptible power supply. The power system has: an uninterruptible power supply device (100) including an AC switch (120) provided between a commercial power supply (200) and an output portion (102), a storage battery (130), and an inverter (135) placed between the AC switch (120) and the storage battery (130); an important load (150) connected to the output portion (102); a photovoltaic cell (140) connected to the output portion (102); a power detection unit (181) for detecting the power consumed by all loads including the important load (150); another power detection unit (131) for detecting the power for charging and discharging the storage battery (130); still another power detection unit (141) for detecting the output power from the photovoltaic cell (140); still another power detection unit (151) for detecting the power consumed by the important load (150); and a control unit (110) for receiving the detection values obtained by the power detection units (131, 151, 181) and an output power detection means and outputting a control command value for controlling the storage battery (130). The control unit (110) determines the control command value for operating the storage battery (130) according to the detection values obtained by the power detection units (131, 141, 151, 181).</p> |
