PURPOSE: A floating hydroelectric power generation system having flowing water direction changing blades is provided to improve generation efficiency by minimizing the resistance of water when blades enter into the water. CONSTITUTION: A floating hydroelectric power generation system(100) having flowing water direction changing blades comprises a base(110) and three power generation units(101,102,103). The base floats on flowing water. The power generation units are installed on the base. Each power generation unit has a shaft member(120), flowing water direction changing blades(130,130'), blade rotating units(140,140'), and a generator(150). The shaft member is rotatably installed in the base. The flowing water direction changing blades are rotated around the shaft member by water. The blade rotating units guide the rotation of the flowing water direction changing blades and support the shaft member. The generator is connected to the shaft member to generate electricity when the shaft member is rotated.
