ANTENNA FOR NEAR FIELD COMMUNICATION AND RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION READER HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An antenna for near field communication and a RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) reader having the same are provided to accurately obtain the information of a RFID without frequency variation tag using the frequency of a UHF(Ultra High Frequency) band. CONSTITUTION: A signal supply part(110) supplies a signal which is inputted to an antenna port. A balun(balanced-to-unbalanced transformer) part(120) is connected to the signal supply part. The balun part changes the signal provided from the signal supply part into a 0 and 180 degree phase of a balanced signal. A resonant cavity(130) is connected to the balun part and resonates the signal which is transformed into the phase. Load impedance(140) is arranged between both ends of the resonant cavity and forms a loop.
