PURPOSE: A chair equipped with a lumbar supporting device is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and assembly time. CONSTITUTION: A chair equipped with a lumbar supporting device comprises: a seat back part(200); a seat back frame(210) which is placed in the back of the seat back part; a link member(10); and a elastic member(14) capable of generating restoring force. The link member includes a first link module(11), a second link module(12) hinge-coupled with the first link module, and a third link module hinge-coupled with the back support frame.
