Plug connector (1) comprising a housing (2) that is arranged in a position of use in or at an opening (3) in a plate (4) or passes through the opening and contains wires or braids of a cable (5) and electrical contacts. Assembly on the plate (4) is realized by means of a flange plate (6) which can then be attached to the outside of the housing (2) and which has an interior recess (7) with an interior dimension (8) for gripping the housing (2) of the plug connector (1). The flange plate (6) is constructed as a single piece, and one of the interior recesses (7) thereof has a continuous slot (9) running to the outside or an interruption, which slot acts as a clamp slot in such a way that the interior dimension of the interior recess (7) of the flange plate (6) can make the interruption smaller by narrowing this slot (9), and a means is proposed, by which the flange plate (6), by the reduction of the interior dimension (8) thereof, can be pressed in and thus clamped onto the outside of the housing (2) of the plug connector (1). The preferred means for the reduction of the slot (9) is at least one clamp screw (10) with locking threads, or possibly a lock nut, that is oriented transverse or perpendicular to a profile of the slot (9) or the break and that is arranged outside of the inner periphery (8) and outside of the inner recess (7) having the inner periphery (8) in the flange plate (6). |
