PURPOSE: An automatic order method using order histories and smart phone thereof, and program are provided to effectively simplify order procedures by automatically ordering products based on an order histories corresponding to order procedures. CONSTITUTION: An order history creation unit(170) creates order history information according to each application. An order history maintenance unit(175) maintains the order history information in a medium. An order history confirmation unit(180) confirms the order history information related to the application from the medium.
