<p>The device (1) has a container (2) containing a cosmetic or dermatological product to be applied. Housing (20) is formed with an opening (22) for supplying the product. A distribution system forces the product to pass through the opening. An applicator (3) is partially received in the housing in order to be loaded with the product. A conical or hemispherical membrane (7) defines an application surface that is not permeable with the product and is interdependent of a gripping part (5). The membrane is nonporous.</p>
