FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: ingot is first produced to be subjected to thermomechanical treatment by heating at temperature some 150380C higher than Tcp and to deformation to 4070%, heating to temperature some 60220C higher than Tcp and deformation to 3060%, heating to some 2060C below Tcp and deformation to 3060%. Then recrystallisation is performed by heating the ingot to temperature some 70140C higher than Tcp and deformation to 2060% and cooling to room temperature. After heating to temperature some 2060C below Tcp the billet is deformed to 3070% and subjected to additional recrystallisation by heating to temperature some 30110C higher than Tcp and deformation to 1550% and cooling to room temperature. After heating to temperature some 2060C below Tcp the billet is deformed to 5090% and subjected to final deformation. ^ EFFECT: higher precision, better stable mechanical properties. ^ 4 cl, 3 tbl |
