The device has a covering frame, a polypropylene transparent film and a rear trap door, where an outer envelope is engaged to a rear part of the frame and exactly engaged with the paperboard cut with the trap door. The paperboard is stuck on all the adherent parts. Documents inserted within the frame are protected by an anti-reflecting film of polypropylene type. The window or the rear trap door is opened and closed by adherence of the cut paperboard.
