The device has telescopic tubular sections (2, 3) comprising two three rods (7) pivotally mounted to a movable core. The rods are retracted within the tubular sections, and legs are formed by the rods. The rods constituting a tripod are linked to an axial element. A head (4) is provided in proximity to an upper end of a stick. The tubular sections are coupled to a telescoping tubular stick. A retractable button is fixed with the telescoping tubular stick. Holes are provided at points other than the head and are situated in a coupling of the tubular section.
