The method involves recollecting polypropylene waste of specific value, and realizing granule or mixture of granules including 5 to 25 percentage of hemp fiber from the recollected polypropylene waste. The granule or the mixture of granule injected into a mold conformed to a geometry of a guard of a motor vehicle at specific temperature. The guard is unmolded. The guard or mixture of guard includes 10 to 20 weight percentage of hemp fiber.
