The system (12) has an air evacuation pipe (13) that is equipped with a cartridge (14), where the evacuation pipe is in contact with a fuel tank (3). The air evacuation pipe is equipped with a three-way valve (16) that comprises an air inlet (17) arranged in relation with the fuel tank. Air evacuators (18, 20) are in contact with an internal combustion engine (1) and a point (21) of an air inlet line (7). Another point (19) is located upstream of a compressor (8) of the air inlet line along air flow direction (11). An independent claim is also included for a method for implementing a recovering or reaspiring system.
