For this purpose, section near roots of human body hair is irradiated by pulse modulating light with wavelength 950 nm. Said modulating light has energy 10-100 J/cm2. Device for stimulation of hair growth represents light irradiator with possibility to irradiate pulse modulating light with wavelength 950 nm and energy 10-100 100 J/cm2.
