摘要 FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates metal forming and may be used in semi-continuous hydromechanical moulding of billets from difficult-to-mould and structurally inhomogeneous metals. Prior to moulding, Bingham plastic closely fitting capsule is fitted on billets. Said billets are fed in container, one after another, to be moulded in forming and gauging female dies by hydrostatic pressure of working agent. Fused capsule material is used as said working agent. For this, temperature equal to that of capsule fusion is kept at the billet deformation point. Working agent hydrostatic pressure is kept equal to 1-1.1 of the billet yield point.
