Obtaining an extract from a culture medium of cancer stem cells comprises (a) obtaining a viral vector comprising sequences encoding the microRNA (miRNA) cluster of 302-367 and a suitable promoter for expression of the sequences in cancer stem cells, (b) transforming cancer stem cells with the viral vector, (c) culturing transformed cells obtained in step (b), in a culture medium of cancer stem cells, and (d) recovering the culture medium of the transformed cells. Independent claims are included for: (1) extract from a culture medium of cells expressing a miRNA cluster of 302-367 obtained by the method; and (2) cancer stem cells expressing the cluster miR-302-367 and its derivatives.
