Proposed river vessel comprises free running coupling 22 arranged in wheel hub 23, hydraulic pump 6 operated from kinetic power of river water stream flowing via return valve 47 and hydraulic pump 12 driven by ICE 9, hydro pneumatic accumulator 38 and hydromechanical accumulator 39 communicated with pipeline that communicates hydraulic engine (11) with hydro pneumatic accumulator 38 and hydromechanical accumulator 39, control valve 34, hydraulic propellers 36 and water propellers 17, 18 located above water surface when ship is moored.
