FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuel tanks of spaceships. Proposed capsule comprises inner smooth and outer shells. Outer shell consists of semisphere-shaped top 4 and bottom 5 sections and cylindrical section 6, all being arranged along axis 19. Surface of inner shell is equidistant to capsule outer shell and consists of bottom 1, 2 and cylindrical part 3. Bottom 2 is fitted on fuel connection 9. To produce fuel tank attachment frame, ledge may be used formed by cutout in capsule outer shell where around secured are top 13 and bottom 14 annular flanges with additional cylindrical part. Control gas feed main and additional connections 10 and 11, respectively, are arranged on outer shell. Capsule inner and outer shells have expanded filler necks 7 and 8. Charging necks 15, 16 with plugs 17, 18 are arranged between aforesaid necks 7, 8, on face surface. Method of producing proposed capsule consists in that, first, capsule inner shell is formed by securing connection 9 and axle of capsule bottom. Then, cylindrical section and inner shell top section semisphere are attached to the bottom. Now, outer shell bottom section semisphere 5 is attached to connection 9 and jointed with cylindrical and top parts 6 and 4, respectively. ^ EFFECT: high-strength seamless fuel tank that features lower weight and higher reliability. ^ 5 cl, 1 dwg |
