The device (1) has an interference unit permitting to interfere signal wave and reference wave on an optoelectronic detection unit i.e. camera (5), so as to acquire an interferogram for a given frequency difference. A reducing unit i.e. beam separator (8), reduces or prevents recovery of interference terms between the reference wave and the signal wave, and recovery of interference terms of the reference wave or the signal wave itself. A processing unit forms a hologram of an area of an object i.e. rat (6), from the acquired interferogram.
