FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Surgical tissue clamp for holding tissue which fell out during hemorrhoidopexy or hemprrhoidectomy contains long inserted rod, handle and clamping head. Clamping head contains proximal clamp and distal clamp, made with possibility of interaction with proximal clamp (5) for clamping fallen out tissue (10). Drive device (8) is operatively connected with proximal and distal clamps (5, 6) and is made with possibility of bringing clamps closer to each other and holding clamps in tissue clamp configuration. Clamping head (2) determines, at least, one proximal access aperture (11), made with possibility of showing clamped tissue proximally. ^ EFFECT: ensuring sufficient access to fallen out tissue by means of additional surgical instruments. ^ 10 cl, 17 dwg |
