The plant has a generator (5) arranged in a housing (1), where the housing is divided into a conical inlet portion (2) and a conical outlet portion (3). A rotor assembly (4) for driving the generator is arranged in the conical inlet portion, where an outer side of the housing is provided with a flexible sheath (6). The sheath is formed from a fabric material with moisture-resistant coating, where photovoltaic cells are arranged in sections of the sheath, and noise control insulation is provided inside the sheath.
