The exchanger (1) has fluid flowable pipe sections (2) arranged next to each other, where each pipe section includes a thermoelectric element (4) thermally connected to a slat profile (3). The pipe sections are interconnected through a collector device (5) having apertures (6) for receiving open end regions of the pipe sections. A compensation element is provided between a bounding wall of the collector device and an end region of the pipe section. The element liquid tightly rests against a surface of the pipe section such that the pipe section is elastically deformable relative to the wall.
