<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the directivity of a light-emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: A figure 13 shows a fifth configuration example of an LED. In the fifth configuration example, the height of a resin coat 72 is higher than the height of an LED chip 61, and a cross-sectional shape of a mask 81 is formed so that its lower layer side is narrower than its upper layer side. Therefore, this embodiment, in which a dome shape of a resin lens 64 can be formed more accurately with the cross-sectional shape of the mask 81 and the directivity can be increased with the increased distance between the LED chip 61 and the resin lens 64, can be applied to an array-type display to be built in a panoramic stereoscopic video display device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
