<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device and photographic method that prevent recording of a driving noise of a driving mechanism during recording a motion picture independent of a change in peripheral environment. <P>SOLUTION: Before recording a motion picture, an ND filter driving motor 12 that generates a driving noise is operated, the driving noise is recorded (S9) when the ND filter driving motor 12 is operated, a noise with inverted phase to the driving noise is generated (S13), and the inverted phase noise is recorded (S15).
