<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an liquid type optical device capable of correcting optical eccentricity due to asymmetry of interfaces between liquids caused by a gravitational influence that results from a density difference between the liquids, including a density difference with temperature change. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid type optical device 1 includes at least two types of immiscible liquids 8 and 9 stored in a housing and having different refraction factors, and can change the optical performance by controlling the states of the interfaces 100a and 100b between the liquids. The liquid type optical device further includes a transparent member 4 forming a part of the housing and movably disposed on an optical axis 105 of the optical device 1, and correction means 5. The correction means displaces the transparent member 4 to correct the optical eccentricity due to the asymmetry of the interfaces caused by the gravitational influence that results from the density difference between the liquids, including the density difference with the temperature change. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
