<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein although castor oil obtained by cultivating a castor-oil plant (the euphorbia family, another name: Ricinus communis), washing and drying the harvested seeds, heating the dried seeds and squeezing the heated seeds has been used as a raw material for an industrial product by using chemical reaction or the like, but does not used as a fuel for a combustor related to the reduction of carbon dioxide. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel for the combustor is produced by using the caster oil obtained by cultivating the castor-oil plant (the euphorbia family, another name: Ricinus communis), washing and drying the harvested seeds, heating the dried seeds, and squeezing the heated seeds, and subjecting the caster oil to the chemical reaction.
