The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an end loop biodegradable surgical suture, wherein the method comprises the steps of: firstly braiding polyglycolide-co-L-lactide (PGLA) fully drawing yarn (FDY) and then inserting the braided portion into a core; braiding and manufacturing an end loop surgical suture; and then attaching the thread to a needle.
