<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device that can prevent a user from feeling sick under display of an image of the outside of a moving object in the moving object because of discontinuity between the displayed image of the outside of the moving object and the actual scene of the outside of the moving object due to delay caused by the display of the image, and enables the user to naturally recognize the movement of the moving object on the basis of the displayed image of the outside of the moving object and fit the user's body to the displacement of the moving object. <P>SOLUTION: A displacement after a predetermined time lapse of a moving object is estimated, and an image of the outside of the moving object is cut out and output as a display image on the basis of the estimated displacement, whereby the image can be seen as being continuous with the actual scene.
