<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide useful polynucleotide for determining adjuvant chemotherapy sensitivity of stomach cancer. <P>SOLUTION: In the stomach tissue derived from a patient with sensitivity to adjuvant chemotherapy of the stomach cancer and the stomach tissue derived from the patient without the sensitivity, there is provided the polynucleotide in which a change in expression level is detected. Specifically, there is provided: the polynucleotide including a specific base sequence or including a complementary sequence thereof, and mutant polynucleotide thereof; the polynucleotide hybridizing under stringent conditions to the polynucleotide thereof; and DNA encoding the polynucleotide. There is also provided: a composition for determining the adjuvant chemotherapy sensitivity of stomach cancer including a plurality of polynucleotide selected from a group comprising the modified polynucleotide thereof; a kit; nucleic acid array; or a method for determining adjuvant chemotherapy sensitivity of stomach cancer using the composition, the kit or the nucleic acid array. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
