<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure in which a substrate including an antenna circuit is held by a housing at low cost, and to simplify the assembly work. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes: a substrate 23a including an antenna circuit transmitting and receiving radio signals and a ground pattern 24c electrically grounding the antenna circuit; and a second housing 23 in which an antenna holding part 23f, holding the substrate 23a, is integrally formed. At least the antenna holding part 23f of the second housing 23 is formed by a conductor.
