<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic EL device for solving the problem that deterioration of display quality arises in some cases, for example, due to occurrence of spots because a thickness of an overlapping double-layered color filter is substantially a sum of thicknesses of the two layers and causes a step bump and succeeding processing is performed in the state of containing the step bump, although the color filter can constitute a light shielding layer performing a light shielding function by laminating two layers of color filters since the color filters cut off light other than light in predetermined wavelength regions. <P>SOLUTION: A light shielding part 122 of the organic EL device is configured so that a blue color filter 105 has a reverse taper shape, a red color filter 106 has a shape which is complementary to the reverse taper shape of the blue color filter 105, and thereby, it has an overlapping double-layered color filter. Thus, since a thickness of the overlapping region of the blue color filter 105 and red color filter 106 can be suppressed, the light shielding part 122 can be configured in the state of keeping the high display quality. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
