<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm-forming die designed to be easy to take out a formed article from the die by dividing the die after warm-forming. <P>SOLUTION: A central die 6a is fixed to the lower surface of an upper base 2, and multiple side dies 6b, 6c and the like are arranged so as to surround the central die 6a. A cam device 20 provided on the rear of the side dies 6b, 6c includes: a first cam 24 fixed to the lower face of the upper base 2; a second cam 23 which engages with the first cam 24 and in which the press force toward the central die is imparted from the first cam; a guide member 20 guiding the second cam 23 to a direction coming close to or free from the central die 6a; a communication member 25 pressing the rear of the side die fixed to the second cam 23; and a support member 22 vertically movably supporting the guide member 20 on a lower base 1.
