<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device which reduces a processing amount of preamble correlation when receiving OFDM modulation. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication device obtains a synchronous timing by calculating correlation between reception preamble data included in a reception frame and prescribed holding preamble data stored in an ROM 102. A shift register 101 of a preamble correlation unit 15 stores reception preamble data sequentially. A data presence/absence identification unit 103 determines whether reception preamble data has been stored in all of the shift register 101. A data code identification unit 104 determines whether a code of reception preamble data stored in the shift register 101 corresponds with a code of holding preamble data. The data code identification unit 104, when it is determined that all codes correspond, performs positive correlation processing, and when it is determined that none of the codes correspond, reverses the codes and performs negative correlation processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
