<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an optical module in which an optical path length from a light emitting element to a lense can be appropriately adjusted even when the external dimension of a ceramic package varies. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the optical module includes sucking a reflector 21 by a suction tool 30, adjusting the suction position where the suction tool 30 sucks the reflector 21 based on the external dimension of the ceramic package 10, and mounting the reflector 21 on the ceramic package 10 while maintaining the state that the suction position has been adjusted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
