<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous coating agent that provides a coating film having not only antistatic performance but also transparency, adhesion to a substrate, and scratch resistance while using a plant-derived material as a binder component, and also a laminate obtained by laminating the aqueous coating agent. <P>SOLUTION: The aqueous coating agent contains 100 pts.mass of a dimer acid-based resin fine particle (A), 30-2,000 pts.mass of a tin oxide-based fine particle (B), a basic compound (C), and an aqueous medium (D), and does not substantially contain a nonvolatile hydrophilicity-imparting aid. In the laminate, a layer containing 100 pts.mass of the dimer acid-based resin and 30-2,000 pts.mass of the tin oxide-based fine particle is formed on at least one surface of the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
