<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the sticking device of an adhesive tape, by which the adhesive tape is highly accurately positioned and adhered to a TCP (Tape Carrier Package). <P>SOLUTION: The sticking device of the adhesive tape includes: a feeding means 23 for intermittently pulling out and feeding a supply reel 11 release tape 13 by each predetermined length; a sticking means 48 for sticking the adhesive tape of the predetermined length which is stuck to the release tape pulled out and positioned by the feeding means, to the TCP waiting at a sticking position, by pressing and heating the adhesive tape; and a peeling means 17 for peeling the release tape from the adhesive tape which is stuck to the TCP by the sticking means. The peeling means has a first peeling roller 18 in which a pair of flanges are provided to both end sections in an axial direction, to guide the release tape without bringing one surface of a side where the adhesive tape of the release tape is stuck into contact with an outer peripheral face, when the release tape is pulled out from the supply reel by the feeding means. The first peeling roller is peeled from the adhesive tape by pressing one face of the release tape by the outer peripheral face, when the release tape is peeled from the adhesive tape which is stuck to the TCP. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
