The present invention relates to a plasma heating apparatus. The plasma heating apparatus comprises a plasma generating unit which discharges raw gases for generating plasma to convert the gases into plasma, and mixes dilution fluid for temperature control and the converted plasma if needed, such that the heating fluid, the temperature of which is adjusted to a desired temperature level, is generated to be used as a heating source for heating an object to be heated. The plasma heating apparatus further comprises a recovery pipe which extends from a point (contact point) at which the heating fluid contacts the object to be heated, or from a trailing end of the heating fluid escaping to the air, to the plasma generating area or to the vicinity of a point (inflow point) at which the dilution fluid enters the plasma, such that the recovery pipe contacts the object to be heated by means of the pressure difference between the contact point and the inflow point, recovers at least a portion of the heating fluid escaping to the air, and uses the recovered portion of the heating fluid as dilution fluid for plasma temperature control or fluid for heating the object to be heated. Thus, the heating fluid is reused to thereby improve energy efficiency. |
