<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a latent heat recovery type combustion device employing a reverse combustion system, having a low flow passage resistance, and having low overall height. <P>SOLUTION: This combustion device includes a combustion can body section 3, and an exhaust flow passage forming section 6 disposed upright in parallel with the combustion can body section 3. The lower portion of the combustion can body section 3 and the lower portion of the exhaust flow passage forming section 6 are connected to each other through a communication passage forming section. The communication passage forming section functions as a secondary heat exchanger 5 constituted of a case member 20 and a pipe line member 21. The pipe line member 21 is an annular heat exchanging flow passage provided with five heat receiving tubes 31, a water inlet-side header 50, and a water outlet-side header 51. The heat receiving tubes 31 of the pipe line member 21 are broadly divided into a loop section 55 and an inlet/outlet pipe section 56. The inside of the case member 20 is divided into a loop section storage area (a main portion storage area) 66 and an inlet/outlet pipe arrangement area (a cavity forming area) 88. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
