<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgery-proof medium which is difficult to be forged and can determine forgery by confirming an image appearing in a combination of patterns formed at both sides of a base material when the forgery-proof medium is observed by holding them to the light. <P>SOLUTION: This forgery-proof medium is of such a constitution that a first element is arranged at one side of the base material, and a second element is arranged at the other side of the base material of these first and second elements which are obtained by splitting a complex vision pattern in halves. Besides, an auxiliary element of the same shape as the second element is arranged in a way that the auxiliary element is superposed upon the second element at one side of the base material. In addition, the auxiliary element is arranged keeping density that triggers the appearance of a complex vision due to the complex vision pattern, when the forgery-proof medium is held to light with one side of the base material set facing the holder, and on the other hand, is inert for the appearance of a complex vision due to the complex vision pattern when the forgery-proof medium is not held to the light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
