<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of providing a high-quality picture despite suppressing the cost; and to provide an actuator unit used therefor and a method for adjusting the actuator unit. <P>SOLUTION: Inspection light is emitted from an autocollimator AC and reflected by the upper end of an inner cylinder 22 of an actuator unit AU, and the reflected light is incident thereon. Then, as shown in Figure 3(a), when the axis X1 of the inner cylinder 22 is inclined to an orthogonal line X2 of an upper frame reference plane 23c, a reception position of the reflected light received by the autocollimator AC is deflected from the reference position. Consequently, as shown in Figure 3(b), when a force is applied to a frame-like body 24 in the orthogonal direction of the optical axis, the upper end of the inner cylinder 22 is displaced in the same direction by a first spring 25. Then, the displacement of the lower end of the inner cylinder 22 is suppressed by a second spring 26, so that the inner cylinder 22 is inclined. Then, the frame-like body 24 is displaced in such that the reception position of the reflected light received by the autocollimator AC is accorded with the reference position so as to adjust the inclination of the inner cylinder 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
