<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dip treatment equipment simple in structure which dips a work W fixed on a conveying traveling body 1 to be conveyed in treatment bath tubs 3 and 4 by vertically inverting it with the conveying traveling body 1 and applies surface treatment to the work W. <P>SOLUTION: In the dip treatment equipment including the treatment bath tubs 3 and 4 arranged at both ends of a traveling path 2 of the conveying traveling body 1 on which the work W is loaded and fixed, and conveying traveling body transfer carriages 7 and 8 which travel on the conveying traveling body transfer paths 5 and 6 connected to the traveling path 2 at a right angle and to which the conveying traveling body 1 can freely be transferred between the traveling path 2 and the carriages when the carriages are in crossing stop positions P1 and P2 with the traveling path 2, rotation tables 22 and 23 on which the conveying traveling body 1 can freely be transferred and which have fixing means fixing the conveying traveling body 1 are disposed on the treatment bath tubs 3 and 4 and the works W on the conveying traveling body 1 transferred to the rotation tables 22 and 23 can be dipped into the treatment bath tubs 3 and 4 by the rotation of the rotation tables. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
