<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete form retainer that can retain a steel pipe at a form by easy and simple work requiring no skill and also allows reuse of the form. <P>SOLUTION: The concrete form retainer comprises: a form latching part 10 latched so as to cover an upper surface in the width direction of a form 2; and a steel pipe retaining part 11 abutting on an outer peripheral surface of a steel pipe 3 so as to include the steel pipe 3 provided on a side surface of the form 2.
