A method and base station for scheduling control are provided in the invention, wherein the method includes the following steps: the base station estimates the channel quality of a user device end uplink channel, and obtains an estimation value; the base station, according to the estimation value, judges whether the uplink channel quality meets a predetermined criterion, and obtains a judgment result; and when the judgment result indicates that the uplink channel quality meets the predetermined criterion, the base station performs scheduling control with the demodulated feedback information returned by the user device, or else, controls the feedback information, so that it will not be used for scheduling control. In the invention, the false feedback information is avoided to be used for scheduling control, and the transmission performance is improved.
