The arrangement has a casting station (2) for filling a closed mold with recycled plastic. The casting station comprises an extruder (2.1) for providing creamy liquefied plastic material, and a distributor (2.3) with a docking opening for guiding the plastic material into the mold. A cooling region (3) cools the mold until solidification of the plastic material is completed. A transportation device (1) is provided for automated transport of the mold from the casting station to a molding station (4) via the cooling region, and for return back of the mold to the casting station. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing transport pallets from recycled plastic (2) a mold comprising multiple filling openings that are arranged along a fixed bar.
