PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a neighbor connection service system and method.

SOLUTION: A neighbor connection service system is provided which includes a setting section for setting a neighbor relationship between internal blogs or external blogs and a providing section for providing information on blogs set as the neighbor relationship in accordance with a neighbor connection service, and which is characterized in that the internal blog is a blog of a user subscribed to present company services and the external blog is a blog of a user subscribed to other company services. A neighbor connection service method includes: setting the neighbor relationship between the internal blogs or the external blogs, and providing information on the blogs set as the neighbor relationship in accordance with the neighbor connection service.
