<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable device which can obtain a waterproof function and has a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A case of a portable device accommodates an electronic part to perform prescribed radio communication with a particular communication target, and a battery to supply power to the electronic part. The case comprises a case body which is formed with an opening in one side face for a battery housing part 11 accommodating the battery, and a battery lid 7 which is integrally formed with a waterproof member 26 surrounding the battery housing part 11 and covers the opening of the battery housing part 11. At the portable device, when the battery lid 7 is attached to the case body, the waterproof member 26 elastically deforms to the inside in a way to enter the battery housing part 11, and elastic force caused by this elastic deformation presses the inner wall of the battery housing part 11 to the outside, which keeps the battery lid 7 being attached to the case body, and holds the battery lid 7 and the case body fluid-tightly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
