<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether a detected object is an upper structure or not, without depending on the directivity control of an antenna. <P>SOLUTION: The lader device includes: a transmission antenna 3 transmitting electric waves; a receiving antenna 1<SB POS="POST">n</SB>receiving electric waves which are the transmitted electric waves reflected by an object; a received wave obtaining portion 7 obtaining the received electric waves at predetermined time intervals; a received electric power calculating portion 22 calculating the electric power of the received electric waves as a function of a number of obtaining times of the received wave obtaining portion 7; a representative point extracting portion 28 extracting a plurality of representative points from the function; and a determination processing portion 29 determining whether the object is an upper structure located at a position higher than an optical axis of the receiving antenna on the basis of the representative points. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
