摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that in a conventional total heat exchange type ventilation apparatus and an air conditioning device, since conditions of an indoor temperature and an indoor temperature setting value are compared only when starting operation of an air conditioning device and since prior operation of the air conditioning device is performed, when an air conditioning load is increased on and after operation is started, there is no dealing with such an increase, also, in a whole building, though such a plurality of air conditioning devices and ventilation apparatuss are installed, such a control cannot be performed that energy saving effect in a whole building is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The ventilation apparatus includes a total heat exchange element 4 for heat exchange when an indoor air is exchanged with an outdoor air, an air supply fan motor 3 for taking the outdoor air in the indoor, an exhaust fan motor 2 for exhausting indoor air to the outdoors, and a communication means 6, then, such control is performed that the air supply fan motor and the exhaust fan motor are stopped or the number of rotations are decreased when information in which the air conditioning device is operated with the fixed power consumption or more is obtained, effect of saving-energy is sure to be obtained by decreasing heat load of the outside air and reducing power consumption of the air conditioning device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
